Career and Technical Education Pathways

At Rising Aviation High School, students don’t just study, they prepare for real careers.

As a Dallas vocational school offering focused aviation programs, we give our students hands-on experience, teach them technical knowledge, and prepare them to earn certifications that lead directly to careers in the aerospace industry.

Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathways are built for students who are ready to launch their careers after high school.

Whether your teen wants to fly planes, repair them, or operate cutting-edge drones, each of our pathways provides the structure and support to help them succeed in today’s workforce.

Career, Military, and College Ready

At Rising Aviation High School, students don’t have to wait until after graduation to start preparing for their future careers.

As a DFW trade school alternative, we combine the academic strength of a private high school with the hands-on training of a vocational education program.

Students will master real tools and gain incredible technical experience while earning their high school diploma.

The Value of Career and Technical Education

According to the U.S. Department of Education, students who complete CTE programs in high school are more likely to graduate, and earn higher wages in their early careers compared to their peers.

In fact, the average salary for FAA-certified aircraft maintenance technicians and drone operators often exceeds $70,000 per year, with many roles projected to grow faster than average through 2032 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

As a Dallas vocational school focused on aviation, Rising Aviation High School gives students a head start in these high-demand fields, while still preparing them for college or military service. Whether your teen wants to enter the workforce, earn a degree, or serve their country, our programs offer the structure, support, and skills to help them succeed.
